In almost 15 years Nando Salemme, first with the winebar and then with the osteria, was certainly the first in the Campi Flegrei and one of the first in Campania to host wine producers from all over Italy, but also to share his Kitchen with many Campania restaurateurs and not only. This year for the twelfth edition of Malazč realized that in this beautiful memoir album there was missing a colleague, but most importantly friend, Michele Grande of the restaurant Bifora, a companion of many drinks, but especially what introduced him in 'Universe of wine, because Michele, so legends say, was astemio; A real process of initiation, the rest of his area is called Abraxas. The fathers of the Church who fought some alleged heresies considered Abraxas a form of the cult of Satan / Shaitan. This special evening will be featured in Michele Grande's seafood cuisine hosted and assisted by chef Tommaso Di Meo, the driving force behind the Abraxas cooking project.
